| Defective or
Damaged Items: We will be happy to replace any
defective or damaged item at your request. Just return
the item to us within 30 days of purchase in the
original shipping container and packing material (this
may be required for insurance claims). Refunds are also
available, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee
(shipping costs are not applicable to US and Canadian
residents). It takes up to 10 days to process returns
once they arrive at our facility.
Orders Returned After 30
Days: Orders
returned 30 days after delivery are not eligible for
replacement or refund. Outside of the 30 days window
returns will be considered on an individual basis only.
Packing & Sending
Your Return
- Pack the item(s)
along with the original receipt/invoice securely in
the original packaging. If the original packaging is
too damaged for shipping, please use a suitable
container.
- Include a note
explaining your reason(s) for the return and your
requested replacement or refund claim.
- We will issue the
replacement or refund within 10 days of receiving
the returned item.
