Communications International hosted a Day of
Remembrance for the Victims of Communist genocide.
2007 is the 90th Anniversary of the Fatima
Message, in which Our Blessed Mother asked us to
consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart. It is also
the 90th Anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution through
which Russia 'spread her errors throughout the world.'
The day featured the Divine Liturgy in the
Byzantine Rite, followed by a procession about the
Shrine's grounds. Raymond de Souza finished the event
with a half-hour presentation on the inhuman oppression
of Communist rule, the crucial importance of the Fatima
Message and the ever-present necessity to heed the
request of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
